——Shanghai Fast-PCB Trade Union Committee Successfully Completed the General Election

In order to effectively leverage the role of the trade union committee as a bridge and link between employees, and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of employees, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the China Trade Union Constitution, on December 20, 2022, the fifth member representative conference of the trade union of Shanghai Fast-PCB Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held, and the members of the fifth committee of the company's trade union and the funds review committee were elected. 85 representatives of union members attended the meeting, with Tang Yongcheng, Vice General Manager of the company and Chairman of the union, and Huang Chen, Director of Human Resources and Administration, attending. The meeting was chaired by Yang Jiao, Director of the Shanghai Fast-PCB Union Economic Review Committee.

The conference listened to the 2022 annual summary report of the trade union and commended the "outstanding trade union activists" selected for 2022. They are five employees, namely Zhang Fafa, Zhang Yanguo, Ren Shiling, Jin Bo, and Wan Rui. These five employees performed outstandingly during the epidemic and did their best to provide volunteer services to other employees of the company, receiving widespread praise from the company's employees. Next, the union will focus on supporting various departments of the company in technological innovation. Jointly organize more labor and skill competitions, and explore more outstanding talents through mentoring and on-the-job training.

The meeting sequentially read out the "Voting Measures" (draft) and "Election Measures" (draft) of the conference, which were unanimously passed by a show of hands vote of all member representatives. Similarly, through a show of hands vote, the representatives unanimously approved the "Candidate List" (draft) and "List of Director Voters and scrutineers" (draft) nominated by the conference. And 11 members of the trade union committee and 3 members of the economic review committee were elected through differential election.

Subsequently, at the 5th Committee of the Trade Union and the 1st Plenary Session of the Funds Review Committee of Shanghai Fast-PCB Circuit Technology Co., Ltd., the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the 5th Committee of the Company's Trade Union and the Director of the Funds Review Committee were elected. Tang Yongcheng was elected as the Chairman of the 5th Committee of the Company's Trade Union; Zou Jie and Yang Jiao were elected as Vice Chairmen of the 5th Committee of the Company's Trade Union; Wang Hualan was elected as the director of the 5th Funds Review Committee of the company's trade union.
