In order to better coordinate and optimize the allocation of group resources and elements, and quickly respond to customer demands for various products, the product division and positioning of each subsidiary (factory) of Suntak Technology Group are clear, fully leveraging their respective advantages.

Among them, the main products include 5G communication, supercomputers, servers/storage, aerospace/military industry, medical and other high and multi-layer PCB products with 12 layers or more;

Jiangmen Suntak No.1 Factory: Focus on developing PCB products with 10 layers or less in industrial control, automotive, EMS, medical, and other industries; Jiangmen Suntak Second Factory mainly produces high-end PCB products such as high-density interconnect boards (HDI), soft hard bonding boards, thin plates, etc. The products are mainly used in fields such as mobile phones, LEDs, tablets, laptops, industrial control HDI, etc;

Zhuhai Suntak No.1 Factory: Focus on developing 4-8 layer PCB products such as optoelectronics, automobiles, computers, and security; Dalian Suntak mainly produces a variety of small batch PCB products with 4-10 layers, which are supplied to overseas customers such as trade and EMS;

Punowei: We mainly produce IC carrier boards and embedded device series packaging carrier board products. Our main products include smartphones, tablets, TWS headphones, wearable devices, computers and other consumer electronics, as well as industrial control electronics, automotive electronics and other fields.

The company integrates resources such as procurement channels, customer channels, production technology, and management experience from various factories, fully leveraging the synergies between factories, optimizing production costs, and reducing production costs.

Zhuhai Suntak: It has 400 acres of land for the construction of a circuit board project with an annual design capacity of 6.4 million square meters. It plans to build three factories, including Zhuhai Suntak Phase I with a design annual capacity of 2.7 million square meters. The first phase of Zhuhai Suntak was officially put into trial production in the second quarter of 2021, and the second production line was put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2022, mainly producing PCB products such as optoelectronics, automobiles, and computers. The production capacity is currently climbing.

Zhuhai Suntak Phase II (including Zhuhai Second and Third Factories) is a fundraising project for the company's non-public issuance of stocks in 2022. It is mainly positioned for high-end board products such as high multi layer boards, HDI boards, and soft hard composite boards, with a focus on applications in communication, servers, smartphones, computers, and other fields. Two factories in Zhuhai Suntak Phase II are currently under construction, and as of the disclosure date of the 2022 annual report, the two factories have completed their roofs, The production of Zhuhai Suntak Phase II in the future will provide strong guarantees for the company's rapid development.
