The Semi-Flex CCL is high peel strength and Flammability UL94 V-0, which has the excellent thermal reliability and electrical properties and excellent processability, punching process applicable, also excellent flexibility performance in rigid CCL. It is suit for communication and Auto production with semi-flex performance.

Fast-PCB can fabricate diverse Semi-Flex prototypes, like plated through hole, interstitial via hole, high density interconnect, etc, which has fine line and narrow space designed, we could follow class 3 of IPC 6012 for fabrication.
